Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
• This adventure requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund of the amount paid.
• If you are coming on a cruise, you will be refunded the full amount paid if your cruise ship does not dock.
