Important Information

• A 15% deposit to PayPal is required to reserve booking
• All tours are weather permitting
• Weight limit of 230 pounds. General weight checks are done and persons over 230 pounds will NOT be able to do the ride and it is non refundable.
• Duration does not include transfer time
• Not accessible for the physically challenged
• Not available for pregnant women
• Big bags like backpacks are not allowed on the ride. You may bring a fanny pack or small bag that can go across your shoulder in front of you (nothing bulky)
• Check in times are 9:30am and 11:30am

Cancellation Policy

• For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
• This adventure requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund of the amount paid.
• If you are coming on a cruise, you will be refunded the full amount paid if your cruise ship does not dock.
