- A 15% deposit to PayPal is required to reserve booking
- All tours are weather permitting
- Weight limit of 230 pounds. General weight checks are done and persons over 230 pounds will NOT be able to do the ride and it is non refundable.
- Duration does not include transfer time
- Not accessible for the physically challenged
- Not available for pregnant women
- Big bags like backpacks are not allowed on the ride. You may bring a fanny pack or small bag that can go across your shoulder in front of you (nothing bulky)
- Check in times are 9:30am and 11:30am
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
- This adventure requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund of the amount paid.
- If you are coming on a cruise, you will be refunded the full amount paid if your cruise ship does not dock.

Sand & Saddle Beach Horseback Riding Tour is available with pickup from select cruise ports, hotels, and resort areas along Jamaica’s north coast. Choose the pickup area that best matches where you are staying or arriving, then select one of the available pickup times during booking.
