For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
This adventure requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund of the amount paid.
If you are coming on a cruise, you will be refunded the full amount paid if your cruise ship does not dock.
